Sequoia RV Rental is a family owned and run business based in Simi Valley, CA. Their family has enjoyed RV experiences so much that they wanted to share that experience with others.

They came to us looking to create a custom website with the ability to request a quote, send an invoice, accept payment and send out a contract for renters to sign.
Phase 1: Evaluate
The process for our Essentials program starts with Evaluate where we establish data (analyze competitors, industry trends and do keyword research).
We then set online goals and create the digital strategy for the business, so we have a clear goal for the project, moving forward.
Phase 2: Create
After Evaluate, we move into the second phase, Create. During this phase, we create wireframes, sitemaps and mockups for key pages.

This helps to ensure we’re all on the same page for the direction of the new site, and determine where content should be placed on the rv rental business website.

We also create the lead capture and lead nurture campaigns and set them up, so a visitor will receive a free guide, or can be placed into an email campaign through the addition of a tag.
Once the design was approved, our team got to work building the site and setting up the new Wix environment. We optimized the site for target keywords, implemented the design, and enabled the necessary settings to support the goals of the site.
We then reviewed the site environment together, made any necessary tweaks to content and scheduled a day for launch.
Phase 3: Optimize
After the site has been launched, we move into the next phase, Optimize.
Depending on the industry and how competitive keywords are, it can take time to begin ranking organically, but we like to first focus on branded keywords to help the business appear in search results as quickly as possible.
Then we can work to rank for other keywords, evaluate content, opportunities for automation and make data-driven improvements.
