Stript Wax Bar has several locations in California and is dedicated to the art of waxing.
Katherine, owner of Stript, created the first waxing focused storefront salon in San Francisco. Her focus is cleanliness and Stript never reuses or “double dips” wax sticks – everything is one time use only!
Step 1: Review Wireframes & Stylescapes on Call #1
Before the scheduled day, our team reviews the completed questionnaire and resources for the project.
We then get to work creating the wireframes and stylescape, so we can review both assets with the client first thing in the morning.
Wireframes are a fantastic way to establish the layout of content, which information and call to actions we want to give priority to and how we’ll want to guide a visitor through the website.
Stylescape
The stylescape determines the design direction of the site. Through this we can establish what colors we want to use, fonts, type of images and what the look and feel of the site will be like.
Step 2: Setup Wix Environment & Configure Settings
Once the wireframes and design have been locked in, our team starts setting up the site environment. This environment needed to support a blog and link to a 3rd party booking solution.
Step 3: Review Content & Additional Info During Call #2
Now that the site is starting to come together and our team is creating the structure of key pages, we review content with the client to see if we need to tweak or add copy, images, etc.
Step 4: Review Site Environment & Final Changes in Zoom
After the site has been implemented, we review the environment with the client through a screen share session.
We take notes of any changes that need to be made and discusses final steps to prepare for launch, which is the final step!
Step 5: Launch Website & Deliver Training Video
The final steps for launch kick off by following our Developer’s Checklist where we make sure filler text has been replaced, all links are linked, the site has been optimized and submitted to Google, and the site has been tested on popular devices.
