We created the new Wix artist website during our Website in a Day program, and enjoyed browsing through their beautiful selection of unique art prints.
Stylescape – Wix Artist Website
The following stylescape was created to establish design elements, colors, fonts and imagery for the new website.
Confirming these elements first makes the build process go as smoothly as possible, and allows our team time to add in little touches to the design.
Wireframes
After we’ve confirmed the design direction, we create wireframes to map out site pages and prioritize the layout of content.
Each section should serve a purpose and guide a visitor to the next logical step (either learning more about your business, contacting you, or making a purchase).
3rd Party Install
In addition to setting up their products, we also installed a 3rd party art visualizer on this Wix Artist Website, which provides visitors a way to see how the art prints will look in their own space.
Featuring something like this on your website is a great way to encourage engagement and help increase sales.
Pro Tip: The ArtPlacer widget can be installed on Wix, but you’ll want to use the JavaScript option when generating the code for installation instead of HTML.
